John Badalament, Ed, M.

has been on the Inalex Communications faculty since 2004. He is a Harvard-trained counselor and human development specialist who speaks nationally and internationally to high schools, colleges, parent groups, non-profits and prisons about relational psychology and the critical role fathers play in children's lives. In his acclaimed documentary film for PBS, All Men Are Sons: Exploring the Legacy of Fatherhood, he powerfully illustrates how men's relationships with their fathers impact their own parenting and intimate relationships. John holds a Master's Degree in Education from Harvard's Graduate School of Education and has worked in clinical settings as a counselor for adolescents and adults, public and independent school settings as a Dean and teacher, and developed a private consultancy. John is an Associate at Terrence Real's The Real Institute in Cambridge, MA.

Robert C. Berkley

has been on the Inalex Communications faculty since 2002. Acclaimed for helping executives transform their businesses, teams and lives. Hallmarks of Rob’s coaching are the ability to bring his years of experience in business and leadership to the coaching relationship, an uncanny ability to help clients find clarity and a toolbox of proven coaching frameworks developed and tested in business that support the evolution of executives and their organizations. In his over 21 years of professional experience, he has been a successful entrepreneur, board director both public and private, corporate leader (CEO, CIO) and executive coach. He earned his Bachelors degree from Cornell University and has received advanced education from Insead (Toulouse France), Harvard and Stanford. Rob has served on the Faculty of CoachU, the industry’s leading online coach’s training organization and holds the distinction of Master Certified Coach (MCC), the highest level of certification conferred by the International Coach Federation. A New York native, Rob currently lives and coaches from Martha’s Vineyard MA.


Alex Caronna

who has been on the Inalex Communications faculty since 2010, is the inspiration for Inalex Communications, and is the “Alex” in “Inalex”.  He is an honor student and college Junior. Alex held the prestigious title of Vice President of the National Technical Honor Society, and is a graduating member of the distinguished Ridgewood Academy of Health Professions. He is currently a member of the Executive Board for Circle-K International, a collegiate service and leadership program, sponsored by Kiwanis International. He regularly speaks and facilitates workshops and seminars for teens, fathers and sons, and parents throughout the United States bleeding disorder community, sharing his insight and his own personal experiences living with a bleeding disorder. He has appeared in numerous bleeding disorder periodicals and continues to be a major contributor to the highly successful “A Bright Future” DVD Series.

Anita Caronna, M.S., Ed., M.A.

Anita Caronna has been on the Inalex Communications faculty since 2013 and is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Addictions Counselor based in Denver, Colorado and conducts workshops on wom en's and family issues, including parenting, female self-empowerment, and anxiety and stress management for women. She holds a Masters Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute in Los Angeles, as well as a Dual Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education and Elementary Education from Adelphi University, New York. She has earned a Post-Graduate Specialization in Child and Adolescent Therapy from Regis University, Denver, Colorado. In her private practice, Anita specializes in Child and Adolescent Therapy and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder with female clientele.


Joseph Caronna

is the founder of the Inalex Communications. He is the past President of the Hemophilia Association of New Jersey, and has been an advocate in the hemophilia community since 1994. He served on numerous hemophilia-related state and national consumer committees. He is the creator of the national “A Bright Future” Workshop Series, as well as the “A Bright Future” DVD Series. He is an organizational leader with over thirty years of experience in information technology, and has extensive expertise in building and sustaining large, high-performance teams. Joe is currently a Manager at IBM, responsible for managing a large global team. Prior to IBM, Joe served as the Global Director for the Technology Division of Simon & Schuster. Joe earned his B.S. from Fordham University and his advanced education from Stevens Institute of Technology.


Dana Francis, M.S.W.

has been on the Inalex faculty since 2004. He is a social worker who has worked with men in a number of settings over the past 25 years. Since 1988, he has had the privilege of working with men and boys who have hemophilia in the roles of social worker, community organizer, and group leader. He earned a BA in Psychology from Westfield State College in Westfield, MA and a MSW from the University of Washington in Seattle. His social work career began with leading groups and events for teen fathers and later working with men who were in physically and emotionally abusive relationships, Throughout his career, Dana has had the goal of helping men find a more well-rounded sense of their full humanity.


Ken Glickman

has been on the Inalex Communications faculty since 2003. Ken is a well-known marketing professional and public speaker and has been a guest on NBC, CBS, ABC (The View with Barbara Walters), FOX, MSN, CNBC, CNN, the Family Channel and on radio shows throughout the country. He was heard for many years each week on over 500 radio stations as guest expert on Associated Press’s Business Minute. Ken Glickman graduated from Rutgers Law School with honors, and taught at the undergraduate school and Graduate Business School. He was the Managing Editor of Bottom Line Personal, the world’s largest circulation consumer newsletter; Senior Director of Educational Services for the Greenwich Institute for American Education; Executive Vice President of Creative Targets, Inc., a marketing firm managing accounts with IBM, Citibank and Zenith.


Jack Kakolewski Ed.S,

has been on the Inalex Communications faculty since 2006. He is a licensed Psychotherapist with degrees from Seton Hall and Catholic University and received his Masters in Counseling Psychology from Iona University. In addition, Jack has a Post-Graduate Certificate in Marriage and Family Counseling from Seton Hall and is on the faculty of the Institute for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy of New Jersey for the past 12 years. He is a frequent speaker and has led approximately 100 marriage enrichment workshops, helping couples re-connect to their emotional needs and learn the skills of intimacy. Jack is married to Mary Beth for over 30 years and they have five children and one new grandchild, Emma Michelle. Jack resides in Ridgewood, New Jersey.


Lisa Merlo-Booth, M.A.

has been on the Inalex Communications faculty since 2013. Lisa is a transformational relationship coach and speaker with over twenty years of experience in the field of therapy and relationship coaching. She has earned her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pepperdine University in 1991 and is a Graduate of Coach University, and has a thriving private practice with a client base of individuals and couples spanning the United States and Europe. Lisa is widely known for her straight talk on women, and for her emphasis on teaching women to get out of responding in the extremes (silencing or exploding) and, instead, to affect change in a way that is grounded, respectful and strong. As a sought-after speaker, Lisa brings her practical advice to audiences across the country and her popular blog “Straight Talk 4 Women” empowers readers to effectively use their voice, and to confidently step into the world as equals in their journey out of the day-to-day stresses of poor relationships, harsh work environments, and unhealthy friendships. Lisa resides in Boston Massachusetts.


Avi Penhollow, LMT, RYT

has been on the Inalex Communications faculty since 2008. He is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher, specializing in stress and pain management, integrating deep tissue massage with techniques in which improve blood circulation and address specific problematic areas in the body. A husband and father, Avi believes in the importance of the integration of mind, body and spirit for balance and wellness. He enjoys spending time with his family, practicing yoga and meditation, making music and being involved in community building activities. Avi is a graduate of the professional massage therapy program at the Colorado School of Healing Arts, and also holds degrees in Theology, Journalism, and Special Education.


Joshua Potter-Efron L.C.S.W.

has been on the Inalex Communications faculty since 2010. He is a Licensed Certified Social Worker and is currently a clinical supervisor at Los Angeles Child Guidance, where he supports and guides therapists in their work with children and families. Joshua developed and conducts success-oriented workshops engaging people to “be the difference in their own lives and the lives of other’s”. He works with adult individuals and couples in effective goal setting techniques to create a clear vision and mission in their life. Joshua spent a year in Jack Canfield’s (Co-Author of Chicken Soup for the Soul) Train the Trainer, a program put together by “America’s Success Coach” to train 100 people as the next generation of trainers.


Dr. Ronald T. Potter-Efron

has been on the Inalex Communications faculty since 2003. He is a clinical psychotherapist receiving his MSW from the University of Michigan, and a PHD of Sociology from Purdue University. Dr.Potter-Efron was a former University professor, specializing in the treatment of addictive disorders and anger and resentment counseling. He is active in training professional counselors and is currently a full time mental health alcohol and drug counselor specializing in anger management, shame and guilt, and addictions. Dr.Potter-Efron is considered an expert in anger management, and is the author of 14 books for both professional counselors and the general public. Dr.Potter-Efron recent book “the Angry Brain" was featured in the Behavioral Sciences Book Club.


Haji Shearer, M.S.W.

has been on the Inalex Communications faculty since 2006. He is a Licensed Social Worker who spent many years doing crisis intervention with families involved with the Department of Social Services. He is especially interested in seeing African-American and Latino men heal the twin traumas of racism and patriarchy. He is also a relationship consultant and Director of the Fatherhood Initiative at the Massachusetts Children’s Trust Fund. Haji is responsible for leading the campaign to increase father involvement in 26 Healthy Families programs and to strengthen the statewide Fathers and Families. Haji founded the fathers program at the Family Nurturing Center in Dorchester, MA. He is a sought after trainer on issues of father engagement and co-parenting. He regularly publishes in Voice Male magazine and sits on the Board of Advisors for that publication.


Paula Gomez-Stordy

has been on the Inalex Communications faculty since 2015, She has over 20 years of non-profit experience working with families experiencing domestic abuse in various institutional settings, such as:  courts, hospitals, shelters, and community based organizations.   She has extensive training and public speaking experience presenting statewide and nationally, in both English and Spanish, on various topics including trauma, mental health, substance abuse, advocacy, oppression, immigration, and cultural competence.  She is a co-chair of the Massachusetts Women of Color Network and a member of the Essex County Status of Women Commission. She lives in Middleton, Massachusetts with her husband and two children.


Sharon Ingram, MA

has been on the Inalex Communications faculty since 2015. Her focus is Human Services Counseling and is a Board Certified Practitioner, CWHC. She is a certified wellness and health coach who integrates wellness coaching holistically. Her passion is to support individuals in need of making lasting lifestyle behavioral changes. She is a compassionate professional skilled in assisting others to utilize their intrinsic motivation to achieve the optimum level of balance and overall wellness he or she desires. Sharon’s experience also includes working with clients and providers to research best practiced methodology to improve health and embracing wellness. She is committed to teach individuals how to advocate for themselves by locating affordable health services as well as establishing community resources. Sharon lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband Warren.


James Stroker

is an educator and sports coach who has spent over 30 years in the New Jersey Public School System as a wellness educator. His wellness program has been sited as one of the nations best; Mr. Stroker and his colleagues were named teachers of the year in 2011 and Coach Stroker was recently inducted into the New Jersey Coach Hall of Fame. He is a certified Vinyasa instructor, holding certification in Reiki 1 and 2 and is a Fascial Stretch Therapist. He teaches both core training and yoga through the Island Wellness Center in the Long Beach Island and is the creator of "Inspirational Hotline", a morning message delivered to 700 students. He has brought his inspirational yoga practice and motivational techniques to a number of varying of facilities, including Cancer Centers, Residential Juvenile Centers, Male and Female Correction Facilities, and Substance Rehabilitation Centers. Jim is proud father of three remarkable children and finds so much of his own inspiration through their successes and passions.


Richard Vogel

has been on the Inalex Communications faculty and trustee of the board since 2003. He is severe Factor VIII deficient, facilitating and speaking at national workshops and educational programs on bleeding related issues such as Hemophilia, HIV and Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C.  Rich is also an active consumer advocate. He has been President of the Hemophilia Association of New Jersey, President of the Hemophilia Federation of America, a national advocacy organization, where he focused on blood safety issues and has also served on numerous hemophilia-related state and national consumer committees. Rich is a professional photographer, legal videographer and trial support consultant, a passion he has pursued for the past 35 years.
